Due to the inaccessibility of recharge cards in remote areas and over-dependence on recharge shops customers faced hassles in recharging.
Approach
According to our study more than 1 crore recharges are done daily internationally through recharge shops manually. But through online recharge, one could save money and also recharge one’s number with just a click. Accessibility of manual recharge was less in remote areas. All this paved way for us to create a unique access portal application that could help in easy recharge.
Result
We built Airbit which is a multi-level reseller system that creates multiple levels of distributor, reseller and agent account. The panel is designed in such a way that it can be integrated with almost all top-selling recharge APIs. The customer just needs to bring the recharge API to us and we would hook it in the backend without changing any existing settings. Also, recharge can be continued with the existing setting until you create routing for the same.
Conclusion
Our AirBit Panel and the API supports almost all leading operators across the globe and we directly connected it with the telecom or country-based aggregators to provide the best service to the clients. We also added a custom routing plan which helps in deciding commission v/s reliability and that routes the recharge to the operator of your choice.
